- Check your UPI app:

- Go to the Mandate section and see if the request is already there.
- Cross-check the Application ID:
- If multiple mandates exist, match the Application ID in the UPI app with the one shown in your Lakshmishree IPO order details.

- Wait for at least 6 hours:
- Sometimes, there is a delay in receiving the mandate.
