Why is there a delay in receiving the IPO mandate on my UPI app?

There can be delays in receiving the IPO mandate request on your UPI app due to technical issues or processing time at the bank. Here’s what you can do:
 

  1. Check your UPI app:

    • Open your payment app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
    • Go to the Mandate section and see if the request is already there.
       
  2. Cross-check the Application ID:

    • If multiple mandates exist, match the Application ID in the UPI app with the one shown in your Lakshmishree IPO order details.
       
  3. Wait for at least 6 hours:

    • Sometimes, there is a delay in receiving the mandate.
       
  4. Cancel and reapply:

    • If the mandate is still not received after 6 hours, consider canceling your IPO bid and placing a new one.
