What documents are needed to open a Lakshmishree Corporate Demat and Trading Account?

Corporate accounts at Lakshmishree cannot be opened online through the website. It is a fully offline process that requires submission of physical documents.

To open a Corporate trading and demat account with Lakshmishree (Shree Varahi), you must arrange the following documents:

  • Equity Trading and Demat Account Form duly filled and signed.
     
  • Board Resolution on the company letterhead, authorising account opening and mentioning authorised signatories.
     
  • List of Directors on company letterhead.
     
  • Latest Shareholding Pattern of the company.
     
  • Company PAN Card Copy with company seal and signature of the authorised signatory or director.
     
  • Self-Attested PAN Card Copies of all authorised signatories or directors.
     
  • Additional PAN Card Copies of authorised signatories with company seal and signature.
     
  • Address Proof in Company’s Name with seal and signature. It can be one of the following:

    • Certificate of Incorporation,
    • Latest month's bank statement,
    • Utility Bill,
    • Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) master data copy, or
    • Lease or Rent Agreement.
       
  • Self-Attested Address Proof Copies of all authorised signatories or directors (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID).
     
  • Additional Address Proof Copies of authorised signatories with company seal and signature.
     
  • Individual KYC Form signed by each whole-time or executive director.

    • Important: Individual KYC and supporting documents must be signed Without Any Company Stamp.
       
  • Certificate of Incorporation copy with company seal and authorised signatory's signature.
     
  • Memorandum of Association (MOA) copy with seal and signature on the first four pages.

    • If director details are missing, Form-32 or DIR-12 must also be submitted.
       
  • Articles of Association (AOA) copy with seal and signature on the first four pages.

    • If director details are missing, Form-32 or DIR-12 must be submitted additionally.
       
  • Latest Two Years' Audited Balance Sheets with seal and signature of authorised signatory or director.

    • Balance sheets must be certified by a Chartered Accountant (CA) with the CA’s name, registration number (M.NO), UDIN number, date, and city.
       
    • After account opening, balance sheets must be submitted every financial year.
       
  • Net-Worth Certificate from a CA if the company is newly incorporated. It must mention the UDIN number.
     
  • Income Tax Declaration on company letterhead with seal and signature of authorised signatory or director.
     
  • Latest Six months' Bank Statement or Passbook Copy of the company’s bank account.

     

The Account Opening Charges are ₹600 + GST, which covers equity trading, demat, and commodity account services.

Once all the documents are ready, you should email soft copies to kyc@lakshmishree.com for document verification. After corrections and approvals, courier the hard copies along with a cheque of ₹600 + GST in favour of Lakshmishree Investment & Securities Ltd to the Lakshmishree office address.
