I submitted a TPIN, but my order was not executed. Why?

Submitting a TPIN Only Authorizes the transaction; it does not place the sell order automatically.

To ensure execution:

  1. After completing TPIN approval, return to the Sell Screen and place the order.
  2. Check the Orders Section to confirm the order status.
  3. If liquidity is low, your order may remain pending until a matching buyer is available.
     

To avoid delays, it is recommended to Complete TPIN Authorization Early each day so that you can sell your stocks without interruptions.
