To complete Offline KYC, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Nearest Lakshmishree office and request a KYC Form.
    
2. Fill Out The Form carefully, ensuring all details match your official documents.
    
3. Attach Self-Attested Copies of your KYC documents, including:
   
   
   • PAN Card
   • Aadhaar Card / Passport / Driving License (for Address Proof)
   • Bank Proof (Cancelled Cheque, Bank Statement, or Passbook)
   • Income Proof (if applicable for derivatives trading)
   • A recent passport-sized photograph
      
4. Sign the form and Submit it to the Lakshmishree representative.
    
5. Your documents will be Verified, and upon approval, your account will be activated.
    

Offline KYC takes 3-5 Working Days, depending on document verification. You will receive an email confirmation once your account is successfully opened.
