If the funds you added to your Lakshmishree (Shree Varahi) trading account haven’t been credited, follow these steps to check the issue:

1. Verify The Source Of Transfer: Ensure that the funds were transferred from a bank account linked to your Lakshmishree account.
    
2. Check Upi Transfer Details: If you used UPI, confirm that the mandate was accepted from the correct bank account linked to Lakshmishree.
    
3. Check The Processing Time:
   • UPI transfers are usually instant.
   • NEFT / RTGS transfers may take 4-6 hours to reflect.
      
4. Funds Transferred From An Unlinked Account: If the transfer was made from an unlinked bank account, you need to contact Lakshmishree’s customer support with your bank details and proof of transfer to request a refund. The refund process will be initiated after verification.
    
5. Still Not Credited? If the funds are not reflected even after the expected time, email the transaction details and screenshots to [email protected] for further assistance.
