What documents are needed to open a Lakshmishree LLP Demat and Trading Account?

LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) accounts at Lakshmishree cannot be opened online through the website. It is a Fully Offline Process that requires the submission of physical documents.

To open an LLP trading and demat account with Lakshmishree (Shree Varahi), you must arrange the following documents:

  • Equity Trading and Demat Account Form duly filled and signed.
     
  • Board Resolution on the LLP’s official letterhead authorising account opening and mentioning authorised partners or signatories.
     
  • Latest Shareholding Pattern of the LLP.
     
  • LLP PAN Card copy with LLP seal and authorised signatory’s signature.
     
  • Self-Attested PAN Card Copies of all authorised signatories or partners.
     
  • Additional PAN Card Copies of authorised signatories with LLP seal and signature.
     
  • Address Proof in LLP’s Name with LLP seal and authorised signatory’s signature. It can be one of the following:

    • Certificate of Incorporation,
    • Latest month’s Bank Statement,
    • Utility Bill,
    • Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) master data copy, or
    • Lease or Rent Agreement.
       
  • Self-attested Address Proof Copies of all authorised signatories or partners (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID).

    • If Aadhaar is used, make sure a Masked Aadhaar is submitted.
       
  • Additional Address Proof Copies of authorised signatories with LLP seal and signature.
     
  • Individual KYC Form signed by each authorised signatory or partner.

    • Important: Individual KYCs must be signed Without any LLP Stamp.
       
  • Certificate of Incorporation copy with LLP seal and authorised partner’s signature.
     
  • Latest Two Financial Years' Audited Balance Sheets with LLP seal and authorised signatory’s signature.

    • Balance sheets must be certified by a Chartered Accountant (CA) with CA’s name, registration number (M.NO), UDIN number, date, and city.
    • After account opening, balance sheets must be submitted every financial year.
       
  • Net-Worth Certificate from a CA if the LLP is newly incorporated. It must have the UDIN number mentioned.
     
  • Income Tax Declaration on LLP letterhead with authorised signatory’s seal and signature.
     
  • LLP Agreement Copy which must include an investment clause and be attested by a Notary Public.

    • The first three pages (or all pages if the agreement is less than three pages) must be signed and sealed by the authorised partners or signatories.
       
  • Latest Six Months' Bank Statement or Passbook Copy of the LLP’s bank account.
     
  • Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Annexure:

    • If any individual holds shareholding, capital, or profits in the LLP, they must submit a UBO annexure form identifying them as the ultimate beneficiary.
       

The Account Opening Charges are ₹600 + GST, which covers equity trading, demat, and commodity account services.

Once all the documents are prepared, Email Soft Copies to kyc@lakshmishree.com for verification. After review and corrections, courier the hard copies along with a cheque of ₹600 + GST in favour of Lakshmishree Investment & Securities Ltd to the Lakshmishree office address.
