As per our company policy we do not accept the instruments only if the same are accompanied by Bank Certificate giving bank account holder and number of the bank account debited for the purpose for the value of prefunded instrument amounting to Rs 50000/- or more. We also Maintain an audit trail of the funds received through electronic fund transfers to ensure that the funds are recieved from the clients only.
