Lakshmishree never requests KYC documents or personal details over phone calls, WhatsApp, or personal emails. All official communication happens only through the Lakshmishree website, mobile app, or official email ID.
To verify if the request is genuine:
- Check The Sender’s Email ID – Official Lakshmishree emails will only come from the company’s domain. (example: kyc@lakshmishree.com)
- Do Not Share OTPs, Passwords, Or Kyc Details unless logged into the official platform.
- Contact Lakshmishree support directly if you receive a suspicious request.
If your KYC is rejected, Lakshmishree will notify you via email or official channels with clear steps to resolve it.
