I'm unable to transfer funds via UPI or keep getting an error. What should I do?

If you are facing issues while transferring funds via UPI, check the following:

 

  1. Check Your UPI Transfer Limit – Most banks allow only ₹2 lakh per day via UPI. If you’ve hit this limit, use Net Banking or NEFT instead.

     
  2. Verify The Linked Bank Account – Your UPI ID may be linked to multiple bank accounts. Ensure the transfer is done from the bank account linked and verified with Lakshmishree.

     
  3. Try Using Another UPI App or Bank Account – If the issue persists, try making the transfer via another UPI app or check if your bank has any downtime.

     
  4. Contact Lakshmishree Support – If your money is debited but not credited to your Lakshmishree account, please email support@lakshmishree.com with transaction details.

Note: If the transaction is not successful, then the refund will be credited in 3-4 days.
