My KYC documents were rejected by Lakshmishree. What should I do next?

If your KYC Documents are Rejected, it means they did not meet the required guidelines. There can be multiple reasons for this, such as:

  • Blurred or unreadable documents
  • Mismatch in name, date of birth, or other personal details
  • Expired or invalid documents
  • Incorrect or missing signatures
     

If your documents are rejected, Lakshmishree Will Notify You via email or the website, mentioning the reason for rejection. Based on this, you will need to re-upload the correct documents as per the instructions provided.
 

To Avoid Further Rejections:

  1. Ensure all documents are clear and legible (scanned copies should not be blurred).
  2. Make sure details on PAN, Aadhaar, and bank proof match exactly with your registered name.
  3. Use valid documents (e.g., Aadhaar or Passport as Proof of Address).
  4. Check that your signatures are the same on all documents before submission.
     

Once you re-submit the correct documents, Lakshmishree will verify them, and your account will be approved within 1-2 Working Days if all details are correct.
