I Am Not Receiving an OTP for Pledging. What Should I Do?

The OTP for pledging is sent by CDSL, not by Lakshmishree. In some cases, it may take time to arrive.

✔ Wait for at least 15 minutes and check your Email Inbox, including spam/junk folders.
✔ If the OTP is not received, Verify That Your Registered mobile number and email ID are correctly updated in your Depository Participant (DP) records.
✔ Try Resending the OTP.
