Joint demat accounts at Lakshmishree cannot be opened online through the website. It is a fully offline process that requires physical document submission.
To open a Joint trading and demat account with Lakshmishree (Shree Varahi), the following documents are required:
- Equity Trading And Demat Account Form filled and signed by all joint holders.
- DDPI (Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction) form submission.
- Passport-Size Photographs of all joint holders to affix on the application form.
- Self-Attested PAN Card copies of each joint holder.
- Self-Attested Address Proof of each joint holder. It can be Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Passport, or Voter ID.
- Important: The correspondence address must be of the first holder, as all communication will be sent to the primary holder.
- If Aadhaar is used as address proof, a masked Aadhaar must be submitted.
- Bank Account Proof in the primary holder’s name. It can be:
- Personalised cancelled cheque (name printed),
- Latest bank statement with logo and seal, or
- Bank passbook copy clearly showing bank account number, MICR code, and IFSC code.
For activation of the F&O Segment, any one of the following income proofs must be submitted:
- Bank statement with a logo and seal for the last 6 months with an average balance of more than ₹5,000.
- Latest salary slip showing gross monthly income of more than ₹15,000.
- ITR acknowledgment with gross annual income of more than ₹1,20,000.
- Form 16 with gross annual income of more than ₹1,20,000.
- Certificate of Net Worth showing more than ₹10,00,000.
- Demat holdings statement with current holdings value exceeding ₹10,000.
The Account Opening Charges are ₹600 + GST, applicable for equity trading, demat, and commodity accounts.
Once all documents are ready, you must email soft copies to kyc@lakshmishree.com for verification. After the review and necessary corrections (if any), courier the signed forms along with a cheque of ₹600 + GST, payable to Lakshmishree Investment & Securities Ltd, to the Lakshmishree office address provided.
