We found buying on dips continued and volumes on lower side.

How much did the Fii’s and Dii’s buy /sell on January 1st?

The Foreign institutional investors did buy on Tuesday  with Buy figures at Rs 506 crores

The Domestic institutional investors did Sell on Tuesday with Sell figures at Rs -69.4  crores.

December Auto Sales

Auto stocks may continue rally after strong sales especially the medium in heavy commercial vehicle packet where there has been economy.

The other thing is that earning season begins this week, you have TCS reporting the number on friday so all eyes will be on that IT space ahead of the earning so there are two pockets Auto & IT that should be watched closely.

Back at 2020’s Stock Market

-Financial underperform 3% Nifty bank negative 1st in 5 years.

-Mid Cap index 21% up regaining losses of 2018 & 2019.

-IT Index 55% up with biggest yearly gains since 2013.

-Sensex & Nifty are 15% up with positive return for the 5th straight year.

RCF - Government plans to see 10% stake.
