Net profit increased 203% to \u20b91,900.76 crore, compared with \u20b9627.36 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the company&#8217;s financial results announced on October 14, 2026, total revenue for the quarter stood at \u20b932,565.75 crore, up 43.4% from \u20b922,709.82 crore a year earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MRPL Q2 FY27 Financial Highlights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Total revenue:<\/strong> \u20b932,565.75 crore, up 43.4% YoY.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Net profit:<\/strong> \u20b91,900.76 crore, up 203% YoY.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Operating profit:<\/strong> \u20b93,278.92 crore, compared with \u20b91,488.60 crore in Q2 FY26.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Earnings per share (EPS):<\/strong> \u20b910.85, compared with \u20b93.58 a year earlier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On a sequential basis, consolidated total revenue declined 15% from \u20b938,325.08 crore in Q1 FY27, while net profit rose approximately 101% from \u20b9945.68 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MRPL Announces Interim Dividend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alongside the quarterly results, MRPL&#8217;s board approved an interim dividend of <strong>\u20b93 per equity share<\/strong> for FY27, equivalent to 30% of the face value of \u20b910 per share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company fixed <strong>October 21, 2026<\/strong>, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the dividend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the Results Indicate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MRPL recorded substantial year-on-year growth in revenue and profitability during the quarter.
