Company Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Incorporated in 2008, German Green Steel and Power Limited is an iron and steel manufacturer primarily operating in the western region of India, with a strong presence in Gujarat and a focus on TMX Bars. The Company predominantly operates on a business-to-business basis and serves three major types of customers: distributors, dealers and institutional customers. Its \u201cGerman TMT\u201d brand has established strong recognition for TMT Bars in Gujarat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Product Portfolio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Company’s product portfolio includes TMT Bars, MS Billets and Sponge Iron. Its TMT Bars are manufactured in sizes ranging from 8 mm to 40 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manufacturing Facilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Company operates two manufacturing facilities in Gujarat. The Samakhiyali Facility is vertically integrated, while the Viramgam Facility is operated through its material subsidiary, German TMX Private Limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Company is currently expanding the installed capacity of Sponge Iron at its Samakhiyali Facility from 66,000 MTPA to approximately 1,48,500 MTPA. The MS Billets production capacity is being expanded from 2,14,500 TPA to 4,12,500 TPA, while the existing installed TMT Bars production capacity at the Samakhiyali Facility is being expanded from 181,500 MTPA to 346,500 MTPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Company’s corporate and registered office is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, while the Samakhiyali Facility is situated close to ports in Gujarat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Distribution Network & Customer Base<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Company’s business operations are predominantly conducted on a business-to-business basis, catering to distributors, dealers and institutional customers. During the nine months ended December 31, 2024, the majority of its sales were generated through a network of distributors and dealers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These intermediaries supply the Company’s products to builders and contractors. The Company has an extensive distribution network in Gujarat supported by long-term customer relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workforce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As of March 31, 2026, the Company’s workforce comprised 1,357 employees. In addition, the Company utilised the services of 143 contract labourers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
