Prepayment or Repayment of Borrowings<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>A portion of the net proceeds from the All Time Plastics IPO has been proposed to be utilised for the prepayment or repayment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company. This objective is aimed at improving the company&#8217;s financial leverage and reducing interest costs. The expected allocation for this purpose is \u20b9143 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Purchase of Equipment and Machinery<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>The company has also proposed to use a significant portion of the funds for capital expenditure.
