Later, record date and ratio (e.g., 1:1 or 1:2) would be declared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What to watch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Earnings<\/strong> \u2013 Analysts expect solid growth in revenue driven by replacement demand for medium and heavy commercial vehicles (MHCVs) and continued strength in the bus segment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Margins<\/strong> \u2013 Lower commodity prices and operating leverage could support profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dividend<\/strong> \u2013 Investors will listen for any ordinary dividend recommendation in addition to the prospective bonus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FY26 outlook<\/strong> \u2013 Management commentary on domestic infrastructure spending and exports to Africa and the Middle East will be key.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stock performance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ashok\u202fLeyland has risen roughly <strong>38\u202fpercent over the past 12 months<\/strong>, outperforming the Nifty Auto index, as fleet operators accelerated purchases and scrappage incentives kicked in.
