Deliveries will commence during the next fiscal year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, on February 17, the company\u2019s subsidiary TARIL Switchgear introduced 245 kV High Voltage Bushings, further expanding its product portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strong Financial Performance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Transformers &amp; Rectifiers posted impressive financial results in the <strong>December quarter (Q3 FY24)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Net profit surged 250%<\/strong> to <strong>\u20b955.48 crore<\/strong>, compared to the same period last year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Revenue from operations increased 51%<\/strong> year-over-year to <strong>\u20b9559.4 crore<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bonus Issue and Fundraising Plans<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The company has also announced a <strong>1:1 bonus issue of shares<\/strong>, meaning shareholders will receive <strong>one bonus share<\/strong> for every <strong>one share held<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the company plans to <strong>raise up to \u20b9750 crore<\/strong> through a <strong>Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP)<\/strong> to fuel future expansion and business growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With strong order wins, product launches, and financial growth, <strong>Transformers &amp; Rectifiers<\/strong> continues to strengthen its position in the power equipment sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you have a news tip for Lakshmishree reporters?
