Shares of Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) soared over 12% on January 14, driven by the company\u2019s robust operational performance in the October-December quarter (Q3) of FY25. By 11:05 am, the stock was trading at approximately \u20b9774 per share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a regulatory filing, AESL announced a significant expansion of its transmission network, which reached 26,485 ckm in Q3\u2014a nearly 23% increase from the 20,422 ckm reported in the corresponding quarter of FY24. Additionally, the company\u2019s provisional power transmission capacity rose by an impressive 54% year-on-year to 84,286 MVA during the quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company secured two major projects during the quarter: the Khavda Phase IV Part-D, valued at \u20b93,455 crore, and the Rajasthan Phase III Part-I (Bhadla \u2013 Fatehpur HVDC), with an estimated project cost of \u20b925,000 crore. The latter represents AESL\u2019s largest project win to date, underscoring its expanding presence in the power transmission sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AESL also achieved full commissioning of the MP Package-2 transmission line, adding 1,088 ckm to its network and enhancing the transmission infrastructure in eastern Madhya Pradesh. Moreover, the company recorded a 3% year-on-year increase in power units sold while continuing to reduce distribution losses, reflecting improvements in operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With these new project wins, the company\u2019s under-construction project pipeline has surged to \u20b954,700 crore, up from \u20b917,000 crore earlier. Investors are keenly awaiting AESL\u2019s detailed Q3 results, which are scheduled to be released on January 23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bullish momentum extended across other Adani Group stocks on January 14. Adani Enterprises climbed over 8% to trade at approximately \u20b92,420, Adani Ports advanced 6% to \u20b91,129, and Adani Power surged 17% to \u20b9528 per share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The strong performance of Adani Energy Solutions and other group companies reflects growing investor confidence in the conglomerate\u2019s ability to capitalize on opportunities in the energy and infrastructure sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
