This move aligns with Sify&#8217;s ongoing partnerships with tech giants like Cisco to drive enterprise digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investment was approved during the 64th State High-Level Clearance Committee (SHLCC) meeting, chaired by Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. The committee cleared nine proposals across industries, totaling \u20b99,823 crore in investments and expected to create 5,605 jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Karnataka&#8217;s Electronics and Semiconductor Push<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the approved investments is Karnataka\u2019s first semiconductor project in the Electronics Manufacturing Cluster at Kochanahalli, Mysuru, marking a significant milestone for the state. Karnataka has allocated 234 acres of land near Kadakola for this cluster, as part of its broader plan to develop the electronics and semiconductor industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SHLCC approved three major new investments worth \u20b96,573.6 crore, anticipated to generate 4,427 jobs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>DN Solutions India Private Limited<\/strong>: \u20b9998 crore investment at ITIR, Devanahalli, creating 467 jobs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Silectric Semiconductor Manufacturing Private Limited<\/strong>: \u20b93,425.6 crore investment in Mysuru, creating 460 jobs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sansera Engineering Limited<\/strong>: \u20b92,150 crore investment at Harohalli, creating 3,500 jobs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides, six on-going investment proposals worth \u20b9 3,249.7 crore were sanctioned, which envisage creating 1,178 jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of allotment from the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board, KIADB, companies must respect timelines, he said. Companies not starting operations within the laid-out timelines will attract fines.
