However, net profit of the company declined sequentially from \u20b9394.14 crore in Q1FY25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revenue Highlights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The company&#8217;s revenue from operations was largely stable at \u20b93,574.37 crore, a marginal increase of 1% YoY from \u20b93,537.30 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Developments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u20b9600 Crore Investment Plan:<\/strong><br>Waaree Energies&#8217; board has approved an investment of \u20b9600 crore in its subsidiaries to develop infrastructure, including land and connectivity, for renewable energy projects and upcoming bids.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Green Hydrogen and Lithium-Ion Initiatives:<\/strong><br>The company is exploring entry into <strong>electrolyser manufacturing for green hydrogen<\/strong> and establishing a <strong>lithium-ion advanced chemistry energy storage plant.<\/strong> A detailed roadmap for these ventures will be shared in the next two months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>IPO Performance and Stock Market Update:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Waaree Energies had a stellar stock market debut last month, listing at <strong>\u20b92,500<\/strong> on the NSE, a 66.3% premium over its issue price of \u20b91,503 per share.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The \u20b94,321-crore IPO was oversubscribed 76.34 times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On November 18, Waaree Energies&#8217; stock closed <strong>6.46% higher at \u20b93,106<\/strong> on the NSE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Industry Position<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Waaree Energies is the largest company in the Indian solar energy space, with a manufacturing capacity of 12 GW PV modules across five production units in Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It leaves the company well placed for the future as all its major focus will be on renewable energy growth, diversification into green hydrogen, and energy storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you have a news tip for Lakshmishree reporters?
