Swiggy launches AI-powered ‘Pyng’ app to connect users with verified professionals across India

Swiggy, a well-known platform for food delivery and quick commerce, has launched a new app called Pyng. This new platform marks Swiggy’s entry into the professional services space, aiming to help people in Indian cities find reliable and skilled experts easily.

According to Swiggy, Pyng is designed to solve a major problem faced by many urban users—finding trusted professionals online without spending hours on search. The app uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to match users with verified experts across more than 100 service categories.

With Pyng, users can book services from wellness coaches, financial advisors, event planners, travel experts, astrologers, tutors, and more. The app is already working with over 1000 professionals and plans to grow this number quickly. Swiggy also provides a money-back guarantee if a customer is not satisfied with the service.

The app provides an AI-driven assistant that assists the users in defining their needs and getting the best possible suggestions as per their needs. Swiggy assured that Pyng will bring a spam-free and seamless experience and enable people to get in touch with professionals who actually deliver value.

Swiggy’s Co-founder and Head of Innovation, Nandan Reddy, opined that the more hectic life becomes, the more expert assistance is required, either personal or professional in nature. Pyng’s vision is to organize this need and aid professionals and users alike.

This launch is the latest step in Swiggy’s broader bid to widen its offerings beyond meal deliveries. Swiggy launched several other apps, including Swiggy Instamart, SNACC, SwigL, and Swiggy Minis, in the past couple of months.
