Objects of the Issue:

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited proposes to utilize the net proceeds from its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the following purposes:

  1. Investment in Subsidiaries:
    An amount of ₹550.00 crore will be invested in the company’s subsidiaries — Richfeel Real Estate Private Limited, Dhyan Projects Private Limited, and Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited. These funds will be used to partly finance the development and construction costs of their respective ongoing real estate projects: Amalfi, The Arcadian, and Varun.
  2. General Corporate Purposes:
    The remaining funds will be allocated towards general corporate activities, including but not limited to working capital requirements, brand building, and administrative expenses.
