Schloss Bangalore Limited owns, operates, manages, and develops luxury hotels and resorts across India. It operates through:

As of March 31, 2025, the company’s operational portfolio comprises 13 hotels with 3,553 keys, making it one of India’s largest luxury hospitality companies by number of keys. It also runs 67 restaurants, bars, and cafes, along with 12 spas and wellness sanctuaries, and offers comprehensive event-hosting services for India’s premium MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) market.

The company owns five landmark hotels with a total of 1,216 keys, located in key Indian cities:

  • The Leela Palace Bengaluru: Located in the central business district, this 8.23-acre property caters to both business and leisure travelers.
  • The Leela Palace Chennai: A 4.8-acre sea-facing hotel on the Marina, inspired by Chettinad architecture, offering views of the Bay of Bengal.
  • The Leela Palace New Delhi: Spread across 3 acres in Chanakyapuri, near over 60 embassies and high commissions.
  • The Leela Palace Jaipur: An 8.1-acre retreat near Jaipur’s heritage sites, awarded Best Family Hotel (Travel + Leisure India, 2022) and listed in Top 20 Best Hotels in India (Conde Nast Traveler, 2023).
  • The Leela Palace Udaipur: A 7-acre lakeside property overlooking Lake Pichola and the City Palace.
