Nazara Technologies Q4 profit grows to ₹4 crore, revenue almost doubles to ₹520 crore in FY25

Nazara Technologies reported strong Q4 results on May 26, with its net profit rising sharply to ₹4 crore in the January-March 2025 quarter. This is a big jump from the small ₹18 lakh profit it had posted in the same period last year.

The company’s revenue from operations almost doubled to ₹520 crore in Q4 FY25, showing a growth of over 95% from ₹266 crore in Q4 FY24. Its EBITDA also went up by 74% to ₹51 crore during this quarter.

Nazara said that the growth was mainly due to strong performance in key gaming titles like Fusebox and Animal Jam, along with better profits in its children’s app Kiddopia. Even with higher spending on new games and acquiring users, the company maintained good margins.

Nazara registered its all-time annual EBITDA of ₹153.5 crore for the complete fiscal year 2025. The company pointed out that the growth was achievable owing to its concentrated business model, cost optimization, and shift towards profit-oriented gaming sectors.

CEO Nitish Mittersain has referred to FY25 as a significant year for Nazara. The company had improved control over its core businesses, acquired successful properties like Kiddopia and Sportskeeda outright, and ventured abroad through acquisitions in the likes of Fusebox and Curve Games. The company’s Nazara 3.0 strategy, aimed at creating a powerful global platform for games based on successful game titles, was also mentioned.

Mittersain further added that in the next year, FY26, Nazara anticipates even quicker growth. The company, he said, is now better placed with a more robust platform, expanding international reach in Europe and North America, and collaborations with leading global gaming publishers.

Even after a good quarterly performance, Nazara Tech shares fell almost 3% to close at ₹1,270 on May 26. Nevertheless, the stock has appreciated by about 26% in 2025 to date.
