Once your new email ID or mobile number is verified through OTP, there is a mandatory 24-hour waiting period. During this time, your request is on hold, and you have the option to cancel it if needed.
After the 24-hour period, if no cancellation request is received, the update process begins. It typically takes 1-2 working days for your new details to be updated in Lakshmishree’s system and with the exchanges. Once the update is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS.
Important: Avoid logging into the Lakshmishree app or website with your new email ID or mobile number until you receive confirmation, as it may cause delays in the update process.
