HDFC Bank announced on Monday that its board of directors will convene on Saturday, October 19, 2024, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 FY25, covering the quarter and half-year ending on September 30, 2024.
IDBI Bank has also informed that in compliance with the SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in HDFC Bank securities shall be closed from September 24, 2024 Tuesday) to October 21, 2024 for designated employees, directors and other insiders.
HDFC Bank, the country’s largest private lender, announced a dividend of Rs 19.5 per share, which became payable to its shareholders on May 10, 2024. Shares of the bank have gained 15.10% in the last six months, even as the stock has slipped 1.71% in 2024 so far. The stock is up 7.17% over the last three years.
For the first quarter of FY25, HDFC Bank’s standalone profit after tax rose 35.3% to Rs 16,174.75 crore. The consolidated net profit jumped up 33.17% at Rs 16,474.85 crore. Sequentially, it saw a 2.1% fall in net profit.
