Real estate giant DLF Limited has set a sales target of Rs 20,000–22,000 crore for the financial year 2025-26. The announcement was made by the company’s senior executives during an analyst call on May 20. DLF plans to keep its sales in line with its record-breaking performance in FY25, where it registered all-time high sales bookings of Rs 21,223 crore, marking a 44 percent rise compared to Rs 14,778 crore in FY24.
DLF’s Managing Director Ashok Tyagi said that strong demand and an aggressive launch pipeline will support the company’s performance in FY26. The company is preparing to launch major residential projects in Mumbai and Gurugram in the first quarter of FY26. Additionally, the second phase of its super-luxury project, The Dahlias, will be launched around November–December 2025, in the third quarter of FY26.
As per the company’s May 20 investor presentation, the company has launched 7.5 million sq ft area in FY25 with the potential revenue being worth Rs 40,600 crore. It will launch residential projects valued at above Rs 17,000 crore in the ongoing fiscal year.
DLF Joint Managing Director Aakash Ohri stated that it will launch ‘Privana North’ in Gurugram and the Mumbai residential project in Q1FY26. The projects, he said, are attracting the interest of domestic clients as well as NRIs. It is also planning the launch of its Goa project in the second half of FY26.
Regarding the slight setback in the project at Mumbai, Ashok Tyagi stated it was because it needs several approvals as part of the slum rehabilitation scheme, not anything relating to RERA. He assured that things are back on track now.
When it comes to its finances, DLF has seen its consolidated net profit increase 59 percent year on year at Rs 4,357 crore for the quarter ending March 31, 2025.
DLF, the country’s largest listed realty firm, has developed over 185 projects with over 352 million sq ft area since its formation. With its solid portfolio and high demand, it is further consolidating its leadership in the Indian realty market.
