Datamatics Shares Surge 20% on Microsoft Partnership to Develop AI Copilots

Datamatics Global Services’ stock hit the 20 percent upper circuit on August 27 after the company announced a strategic partnership with Microsoft. This collaboration will focus on building AI copilot solutions aimed at enhancing process automation and accelerating business transformation.

It was trading at Rs 673.2 on the NSE at 13:04 pm, up 20 percent from its opening price of Rs 563.45 and reaching a day’s high of Rs 648.95.

It introduced a partner onboarding copilot in the Microsoft Teams store, integrating the Azure OpenAI with its homegrown Intelligent Automation Platform. It now plans to use Microsoft 365 for further development in copilot innovation, offering customized solutions for businesses. Rahul Kanodia, the Vice Chairman and chief executive officer of Datamatics, sounded enthusiastic because their company was identified in the top list of ISV partners for Microsoft and underlined that Microsoft Copilot and generative AI are potent levers accelerating business automation and transformational journeys.
