CMS Info Systems reported an 8% year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 91 crore for Q2FY25, while revenue grew 15% to Rs 624 crore. Profit growth was constrained by slower consumption, elections, and heavy rains in the first half of the year, with quarterly profit remaining flat.
Cash Logistic business expanded 8% to Rs 390 crore while managed services and card services surge 28% to Rs 264 crore. “On a consolidated basis, the Company said its Managed Services & Technology Solutions business scaled revenue of over INR 500 crores in H1.
CEO Rajiv Kaul added, “The growth has been strong with a 16% increase in revenue during H1 and will further accelerate after the order execution.” The company received new orders worth Rs 200 crore in Q2, taking the total to Rs 400 crore for H1FY25.
