Adani Energy Solutions Posts 79% Rise in Q4 Profit, Revenue Jumps 35%

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd reported strong financial results for the fourth quarter of FY25, with net profit rising by 79 percent to ₹647.15 crore. In the same period last year, the company had posted a profit of ₹361.44 crore.

The company’s revenue from operations also saw good growth, rising by 35 percent year-on-year to ₹6,374.58 crore in Q4 FY25. After the results were announced, the shares of Adani Energy Solutions traded higher by over 3 percent and reached ₹967.80 per share on April 24.

The company also shared that its total expenses for the quarter were ₹5,411.60 crore. At the same time, it showed financial improvement with the total debt to assets ratio coming down to 0.54 times. The net profit margin for the quarter improved to 10.82 percent, showing better efficiency.

In its full-year update, Adani Energy Solutions said that its EBITDA touched a record high of ₹7,746 crore, up 23 percent from the previous year. This growth came mainly from strong performance in its transmission business and improved earnings from its Mumbai utility operations. The company also benefited from higher treasury income and a 13 percent yearly rise in its regulated asset base.

Kandarp Patel, CEO of Adani Energy Solutions, said that the company continues to stay ahead of competitors by completing complex projects and keeping its financial strategy strong. He added that for the next year, the company will focus on starting more projects, increasing smart meter installations, and improving efficiency across all business areas. He also said that the strong demand for power in the company’s operating regions will help it grow further.
