Zinka Logistics Solutions reported a net loss of ₹48 crore for the third quarter ending December 31, 2024, widening from ₹19.5 crore in the same period last year. However, the company showed improvement on a sequential basis, as it had reported a much larger loss of ₹269 crore in the July-September quarter of this fiscal.
The company’s operational earnings increased 41% over a year ago at ₹113.9 crore in Q3 FY25, compared with ₹80 crore in the same period a year ago. Overall earnings increased to ₹123 crore, compared with ₹91 crore in the same period a year ago, a regulatory filing revealed.
Zinka Logistics, a BlackBuck platform owner, is India’s largest platform for truck operators. In FY24, it processed 413 million-plus transactions and gained a 27.52% market share in operators of trucks with a range of offerings such as tolling, fueling, a fleet tracking, and load matching.
The company listed its stocks in its first trading session on 22nd November at a relatively small premium. On NSE, its stocks traded at a price of Rs 280.90 a share, a 2.89% gain over its issue price, and at a price of Rs 279.05 a share at NSE, a 2.2% premium.
