Adani Energy Solutions reported a robust 73% year-on-year (YoY) jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 561.8 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024. In the same quarter last year, the company had recorded a net profit of Rs 324.90 crore.
The consolidated income of the company jumped to Rs 6,000.39 crore in Q3FY25 from Rs 4,824.42 crore in the same quarter of FY24. Revenue from operations increased 27.78% to Rs 5,830.26 crore from Rs 4,562.73 crore in the year-ago period.
Adani Energy Solutions posted EBITDA at Rs 2,215.7 crore that grew 39.2% over Rs 1,527.2 crore for Q3FY24. Its EBITDA margin rose to 36.5% compared to 33.5% in Q3 a year ago.
The company said its project pipeline has risen to Rs 54,761 crore in Q3FY25 from Rs 17,000 crore at the start of the year. Smart metre deployment is also on schedule with the current installation rate of 15,000 metres per day likely to go up to 20,000 metres per day by the next quarter.
Energy demand in the Mumbai circle was up 3% YoY in Q3FY25, while demand at Mundra Utility rose 30% YoY, indicative of strong power consumption trends.
At 3:20 PM, shares of Adani Energy Solutions traded 0.77% higher at Rs 808.95 on the NSE.
