NCC has received a Letter of Acceptance for a Rs 3,389.49 crore EPC contract for the Daudhan Dam under the Ken-Betwa Link Project. The project, issued by the Ken-Betwa Link Project Authority under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, involves planning, design, engineering, and hydro-mechanical works.
The company is expected to complete the project within 72 months from the start date. The total contract value, excluding GST, is Rs 3,389.49 crore.
NCC has a market capitalisation of Rs 19,000 crore, with its shares up by 83% over the last year. The company has a robust project pipeline worth over Rs 2.10 lakh crore and an order book of Rs 52,370 crore.
For FY25, NCC has reiterated its guidance for order inflows of Rs 20,000-22,000 crore, revenue growth above 15%, and an EBITDA margin of 9.5-10%. The water division alone holds an order book of Rs 6,071 crore, accounting for 12% of the total.
Additionally, under the Jal Jeevan Mission, which has an outlay of Rs 3.60 lakh crore, NCC has been allocated Rs 70,163 crore for the current financial year.
